WuXi ATU HEK293 - ASGCT

Viral vector delivery system is the most common form of genetic material delivering method for gene therapy. However, manufacture productivity and cost remains a considerable challenge of large-scale production of viral vectors. In this poster, we present the development of a robust suspension single clonal HEK293 cell line that can produce high titer and high quality AAV and lentiviral vector through plasmids transient transfection and TESSA technology for cGMP manufacturing.
